Champs & Cider

I have been searching for a fall cocktail recipe that is easy to make, but also looks stylish. This cocktail not only taste delicious, but it seriously took a whole 5 minutes to create, the hardest part is opening the champagne bottle!

First things first I had to set the table. I got most of this adorable fall decor from Pier One . You can shop similar plaid hand cloths, here, here, and here. The super cute chalkboard napkin holders that I doubled as name placeholders were on sale for $.98!

I have been on the hunt for some old fashioned glasses like this ever since the 2013 release of Great Gatsby. I found a whole set thrifting at Goodwill, total steal! Here are similar ones from Crate and Barrel currently on sale. Below is the recipe for this incredibly easy apple champagne cocktail!

Prep 5 Mins| Serves 4

  • 1 bottle of your favorite brut champagne
  • 1 quart of apple cider
  • 1 red apple

Then all you do is pour equal parts cider and champs into your glass and cut up the apple into thin slices, placing one slice floating in each glass, and voila! You have your self an apple champagne cocktail!

This cocktail is perfect for a few drinks an appetizers before a night out, plus it just makes for some fun fall entertaining! Let me know how your apple cider mimosa turned out in the comments below! Be sure to subscribe in the right side bar for updates on everything coastal and fabulous!
